Mr. Krasulick most recently served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Emcore Corporation’s Fiber Optics division and as a board member of Langfang Emcore Optoelectronics Ltd. Prior to joining Emcore, Mr. Krasulick was a member of the Executive Management team of Optium Corporation, which successfully achieved an IPO in 2006. Mr. Krasulick has also held senior management positions in JDS Uniphase Corporation, and began his career as an engineer at AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Lee is a Partner at Sun Mountain Capital and has experience starting and managing technology related businesses at both startups and large corporations as well as investing in companies and funds both in the US and abroad. Prior to joining Sun Mountain, Lee founded Knogee a semantic search company, ran business development for Intel’s consumer electronics group, launched and managed the product marketing and standards team for Intel’s blade based server initiatives and led product management at semiconductor start-up Netboost (acquired by Intel). Lee also has extensive business consulting experience having worked at Ernst and Young early in his career and as an independent consultant brought in by investors and the board to work with start-ups on strategy and operations. Lee has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a dual BA in computer science and mathematics from Cornell University.

David Blivin is the Founder and Managing Director of Cottonwood Technology Funds, a founding and seed stage investor in IP-based companies considered to have disruptive potential. Cottonwood focuses on the Southwestern US and Northern Europe across industries including photonics, robotics, health sciences, energy and advanced materials. Prior to Cottonwood, Mr. Blivin founded and served as Managing Director of Southeast Interactive where, over a five-year period, he successfully built the team that established the first and largest information technology-focused fund based in the Southeastern US. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Montrose Capital Corporation, and started his career at Arthur Anderson. Mr. Blivin has participated on numerous boards of directors including xF Technologies, Trilumina, Exagen, Respira, Bayotech, The Pantry (nasdaq-PTRY), Opensite (sold to Siebel), Accipiter (sold to CMGI), and Channelogics (sold to Scientific Atlanta). He holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

After earning his degree in electronic engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, Luca began his career at Olivetti in Ivrea, Italy, and then in Cupertino, California. From 1982-90, he was a founder and director of hardware engineering at DAVID Systems. From 1990-93, he was a founder and VP of Engineering at Crescendo Communications, which was the first acquisition made by Cisco. Luca worked at Cisco until 2016, where his final title was General Manager-Senior VP. During this period, he founded three Cisco spin-offs - Andiamo, Nuova, and Insieme. After leaving Cisco, Luca founded Pensando Communications, recently acquired by AMD.

Peter Ganz is a senior advisor at BarkerGilmore LLC. He was previously senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Ashland Inc., a global specialty chemicals and materials company, from where he retired in 2021. Peter represents the best of dynamic 21st century legal executives. Driven by a relentless focus on strategy combined with exceptional legal expertise, well-honed business acumen, and extensive leadership experience, he has served as a trusted advisor in various chief legal and compliance officer, general counsel and corporate secretary roles. With a deep background in guiding private and publicly traded Fortune 500 global companies through periods of significant transition, he has taken the lead in complex transactions, including major acquisitions, divestitures, and initial public offerings. He has been a trusted advisor to boards of directors on strategy and corporate governance, including with regard to shareholder activism and proxy contests. Peter managed highly complex and “bet-the-company” litigation, created cultures of corporate ethics, and built high-functioning, business-focused global legal departments committed to developing the potential of junior and senior lawyers —across the specialty chemicals, engineering and construction, and consumer products industries. Peter earned an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
